This method will only need to be done every few years when the debris is blown off on a regular basis. The result of the service will be the death of all current organic growth and a deterrent to future growth. All algae will die instantly. Lichen and moss will turn white and fall away naturally with wind and rain. Soft washing is the only approved method of cleaning that is recognized by roofing companies, manufacturers, and home owners insurance companies.
