WINDOW CLEANING FAQ
WHAT DOES YOUR WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDE?
Our standard window cleaning service includes interior and exterior glass, removal of dirt, pollen, common water spots, and seasonal buildup, plus a general wipe of accessible tracks. Deep cleaning of screens and tracks is available as an add-on. Removal of hard-water staining or non-organic materials—such as paint or roofing granules—is not included in the standard service and cannot be guaranteed.
CAN YOU REMOVE HARD WATER SPOTS?
Many common water spots improve with professional cleaning. Heavy mineral staining may require specialized restoration and cannot always be completely removed.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD WINDOWS BE CLEANED?
Some homeowners prefer quarterly window cleaning, while once or twice a year is common. Nearby trees, pollen, weather exposure, and personal preference can affect the frequency.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING SERVICE?
Usually not for exterior-only cleaning, as long as we have access around the home and the windows are closed. We confirm preparation and access details before your appointment.
